2 Q1: Open the Database named: AdminData

3 Q2: Delete “Edge Closer” team

4 Q2: Delete “Edge Closer” team - confirm

5 Q3: Add the field “Team Success %”

6 Q3: Add the field “Part-Time Only”

7 Q3: Populate the two new fields with data

8 Q4: Print data onto one page

9 Q5: Search data and sort

10 Q5: Search Data and Sort Double click fields from the within the team field listing to bring them down into the query OR Drag and drop them down OR Use the drop-down field from the query design

11 Q5: Search Data and Sort – using query

12 Q5: Results of search and sort query
Sports Level field: Premier and First Team Success in descending order

13 Q5: Saving the query

14 Q6: Print some fields and data
Either delete unwanted and unused fields from within the query OR untick the check box for “Show” for those unwanted fields Drag and drop to move order of fields if required Get ready to print by viewing the datasheet results and print
