11. Jewelry, Nice Clothes, Shoes, and Lab Day
On lab day it would be best to not wear jewelry. Or, you can put any jewelry in your bag during the lab. Chemicals can ruin jewelry.
Nice clothes can easily be stained by chemicals.
Use aprons to protect yourself and your clothes.
CLOSED TOED SHOES ARE NECESSARY

12. No Backpacks or Purses at Lab Tables
Place them under your desks during the lab.

13. Be aware of your classmates and move carefully, ESPECIALLY, when carrying chemicals

14. NO HORSEPLAY!

15. Never Perform Unauthorized Experiments!

16. No Food or Drink in the Lab!

17. -Never remove chemicals or equipment from the lab
-Never enter the prep area

18. Never use chemicals from an unlabeled container
(container with NO name on it)

19. Heating Test Tubes
NEVER point the mouth of a test tube or Erlenmeyer flask at yourself or another person!
ALWAYS direct the mouth away from people!
