How to apply
Complete the Spark India application form, available from the Social Impact Lab website>Opportunities>Spark India
Submit your application by Thursday 28th February at 5pm
LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Those successful will be notified of an interview date within two weeks of application (15th March 2019).
Interviews will be held in the last week before the Easter break (25th-30th March)
Successful fellows will be appointed by 5th April 2019.

9. How to answer the application questions successfully
Be yourself – don’t try to write what you think we want to hear
Draw on your experiences to substantiate claims about your character/ambition
Your experiences don’t have to be directly related to the programme, but should express your values and character
Be honest about your limitations, and how the programme will help to address them
Don’t make dishonest or exaggerated claims
Re-read your answers, or show them to a friend. How do you come across? Is it an accurate reflection of your personality?
