Personal Assistant to Finance Director LCR are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide proactive secretarial and administrative support to the Finance Director/Company Secretary. The successful candidate will be confident, positive and self motivated with an excellent secretarial skill set. The Personal Assistant’s primary duties will include: *Extensive diary management including organising meetings, booking travel and accommodation; * Dealing with and prioritising correspondence and phone calls, screening incoming phone calls and mail; and responding to correspondence on behalf of the Director; *Audio and copy typing correspondence, preparing Power Point presentations; excel and transcribing; Preparing expenses; *Liaising with board members and coordinating and distributing board reports The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of having worked as a Personal Assistant at Director level and will be willing to go above and beyond in order to meet the needs of the organisation when required.
