1. Connection Codes Implementation
Formal implementation started in third quarter 2016
The Member State (National Directorate for Energy) established, in dialogue with the NRA, an operational implementation model and relevant timelines.
This operational implementation model, aims to ensure a good exchange of information and coordination between all parties towards an efficient decision process. It includes:
A Supervisory Group including the National Directorate for Energy (coordinator), the NRA and the network operators aiming to follow the whole process. Debate topics are brought to attention of this group. The group acts as a facilitator of common positions between all parties. (several meetings already held)
An Operational Group including the system operators, where technical proposals on the connection codes are debated. (several meetings already held)
Several contacts are foreseen with stakeholders aiming at informing about the process, main implementation proposals and gathering feedback from stakeholders (beyond formal consultations)
