3. What is R-Flex 40ft?…
R-Flex 40ft is an easy and cost effective way of transporting bulk commodities. A safe flexitank design for 40ft Reefer Containers. It is the one and ONLY Monobloc (one piece) flexitank with anti – wave technology that stabilizes the liquid. R-Flex 40ft does NOT allow liquid to generate any hydro dynamic forces/sloshing.

4. What is R-Flex 40ft?…
Wave breakers integrated in the R-Flex design minimizes the flow of the liquid within chambers to keep the hydro dynamic energy and surge at minimum level.

5. What is R-Flex 20ft?…
R-Flex, Easy Flexitank for 20ft reefer containers is a harnessed design that, thanks to its anti- wave technology, does not require any bulkhead and does not exert any pressure to the side walls of the containers. R-flex, stabilizes the liquid and does NOT allow liquid to generate any hydro dynamic forces/sloshing.

It is made out of two tanks standing on each other and incorporated with 6 big interconnections.

Both R-Flex 20ft & 40ft are tested in Pueblo Colorado USA on Dry containers. Upon successful result of the test LiquA complied all the requirements of the flexitank PAS 1008:2016 standard.

17. Operation Flow… All inquiries need to be forwarded to LT.
Technical questions will be answered by LiquA and freight & price related questions will be answered by Teconja.
FF is free to offer local services and trucking; however, Teconja has the initiative decide whether to use CMA CGM or Local contractor or third parties for trucking to make sure that the most competitive rate is offered to customer .
LiquA will train and control the local contractor for fitting.
Case by case FF and LT will mutually decide which party shall invoice to the customer. NVOCC B/L is possible upon request.

18. Cooperation Conditions with FF…
As a policy LT will not sell R-Flex 40ft. It will always be a full service offer door to port or door to door.
CMA CGM line is exclusive for R-Flex 40ft shipments, no other line can be used.
Both shipper and consignee contact details are to be shared with LT to make sure that everything is technically feasible at both ends.
LT shall have the full access and right to answer technical questions to both shipper and consignee.
LT will provide a non disclosure agreement to satisfy the concerns of the FF.
LT will ensure that no other parties/freight forwarders will offer for the same business.
FF is free to provide local trucking prior to the approval of Teconja.
Upon approval of the below contractor conditions, FF can do the fitting operation himself, in the countries where LT has no fitting setup.
LT will provide full insurance coverage including product, fitting and freight liabilities.

19. Cooperation Conditions with Contractors…
FF partner can be the contractor of the operation at the origin country to handle the following;
Import of the R-Flexes.
Warehousing in the country.
The ownership of the flexitanks will be LT. Under no circumstances Contractor will use any R-Flex without the approval of LT.
Provide an all perils liability insurance policy for warehousing the R-Flexes.
Use «LiquA QR Code app for smart phones» for each and every fitting.
Needs to have capability to provide filling supervision.
Needs to have the capability to answer basic technical questions of the shipper regarding filling.
Preferably have a Fitting Liability Insurance Policy. Otherwise Liqua will provide it.
