To provide residents and visitor’s to the nation’s capital with sustainable state of the art transportation management and traveller information systems that supply safe, reliable and accurate information in a timely and cost effective manner for all modes of travel. Guiding Principles Integrate and optimize all modes of transportation Integrate information systems with all transportation networks Develop sustainable transportation alternatives Educate residents on how to utilize TSM strategies to enhance safety, efficiency and convenience of the transportation network
