Capital Project: Refurbish & repair all stained glass & double-hung windows

Reserve Study est. -$202 K to replace. Restoration was $70 K. Will require more attention over time.

Capital Project: Replace shingle roof above Chapel and All-Purpose room and downspouts on east and south facings

$34 K capital plus tree removal. Related dormer project $14 K
