Ram poly clinic hospital situated at Pollachi,Coimbatore district. Our hospital has achieved good multispecialty result with help of the Chief minister’s Comprehensive health insurance scheme to serve the poor and needy patients. Our achievements under the scheme are as follow.

Patient Presented with a history of not able to pass urine since lower abdomen pain burning micturition.Due to a Ultra sound report patient diagnosis Prostomegaly with multiple large calculi in the bladder(SUB 9 cm Size Rt. Kidney).

5. He was admitted in our private hospital – RAM POLY CLINIC on 11/03/2013, under the CMCHIS. He underwent surgery to the Open Prostatectomy & Open Cystolithotomy on 11/03/2013.
Subsequent to his surgery he was able to pass urine normally and return to do most of his daily living. He and his family are grateful for the aid provided by the CMCHIS, helping him regain function of his kidney.

Patient came with a history of pain over right knee since 3 yrs after taking digital x-ray patient diagnosis Osteoarthritis Right side knee.
He was admitted in our private hospital – RAM POLY CLINIC on 11/10/2013, under the CMCHIS. He underwent surgery to the Total Knee Replacement Right side on 12/10/2013.

After 4 months back the same patient underwent came for pain over Left knee. The same procedure done Left Side. Admitted on 08/02/2014, under the CMCHIS. He underwent surgery to the Total Knee Replacement Left side on 09/02/2014.

8. Subsequent to his surgery the patient’s bone replaced and he was able to walk normally and return to do most of his daily living. He and his family are grateful for the aid provided by the CMCHIS, helping him regain function of his both knees.
