This group helps the subdivision realize significant savings by managing the common areas and other responsibilities: John Byers (Cabana, Pool,Landscaping, Common Areas) Mark Dibble (Tennis Courts) Monica Gilroy (Hospitality) Eric Brummond (Architectural) Dennis Potts (Architectural) Phil Hurwitz (Web site)

4 2018 in Review New storage room added at cabana
Replaced locks on pool gate, cabana restrooms, cabana kitchen, cabana storage room, tennis court gates Planted junipers and other landscaping on cabana bank Trees trimmed around cabana and parking lot Front entrance lighting improved Front entrance flower beds raised and moved Pool fence replaced (expense in FY19) Covenants and Bylaws re-typed and updated
