Write your name on the cover of your blue book.

If you want your exam back next quarter, write the word “yes” on the back of your blue book.

2. If you want your exam, arrange to pick it up with Professor Cooks next quarter. All exams will be thrown away on January 14 of Week 2 next quarter.

4. You may write on your exam sheet but you must turn it in with your blue book.

Leave no room for doubt or multiple interpretations.

7. You have until 12:30 PM for the exam.
2. When finished, place your exam in your blue book and give it to your T.A. or Professor Cooks.
3. The midterm is worth 25% of your course grade.
