3. Genetic Variation
Genetic variation: describes the variation in the DNA sequence in each of our DNA sets.
Genetic variation is what makes us all unique
hair color, skin color or even the shape of our faces.

Individuals of a species have similar characteristics but they are rarely identical
The difference between them is called variation.

5. Genetic Variation
Genetic variation results in different forms (alleles) of genes.
EX. if we look at eye color, people with blue eyes have one allele of the gene for eye color, whereas people with brown eyes will have a different allele of the gene.

6. Genetic Variation
Eye color, skin tone and face shape are all determined by our genes
Any variation that occurs will be due to the genes inherited from our parents.
