To authorize the LE TG Editor to create the WG draft IEEE P802.16h/D11 based on IEEE P802.16h/D10 and the comment resolutions recorded in data-base IEEE /0046r2 and to initiate a Sponsor Recirculation Ballot.

6. P802.16h PAR Extension - 1 Urgent need for P802.16h PAR extension
To get approval in RevCOM December meeting is needed to comply with the dead-line of October 19!

Extension: 1 year
Why is the extension required and status:
The Sponsor Ballot approval rate of P802.16h/D10 is 92.7%. We expect the final IEEE 802 approval in Nov. 2009, however the approval by IEEE SA cannot take place before March 2010, making necessary the PAR extension. In the same time the IEEE 802 approval may be delayed beyond our expectations.
