5 Blooms - Good for learning and it makes sense for coaching too.

6 Coaching models should have goals. Blooms like goals.

7 Build your model on pillars of questions, not answers. You are coaching.

8 Models are emergent, therefore let it breathe.

9 Getting their hands dirty, more Blooms!

10 Learning, iterating, sometimes just spinning.
