Shortlisting Assessment
Recruitment & Selection Process The Recruitment & Selection process at Punjab Saaf Pani Company – South (PSPC - S) consists of 3 main stages 2 The shortlisting Assessment is a commitment from the Government and the company board. It is a structured process built on a robust international but customized approach to know more about your skills and capabilities. The process will help identify the best talent for the various positions. The Assessment may consist of a combination of test, case study and panel interview techniques. Shortlisting Assessment 1 Initial Screening 3 Final Panel Interview The recruitment and selection process shall be initiated by the screening and shortlisting phase where PSPC - S collects and reviews the candidates’ information, ensuring that only qualified candidates evaluated against pre-set criteria proceed for interviews to save time and minimize potential for incompatible hiring. Following the shortlisting Assessment, candidates may be invited to the final panel interview based on Assessment results. This could take place in form of physical appearance of candidates or via skype at a later date.

1 1 Stage Initial Screening
All applicants CVs are thoroughly screened to ensure that only qualified candidates proceed for interviews Job application reviews are based on detailed and accurate requirements for the role and measured against a set of standard and technical competencies based on the level of the role and alignment to PSPC - S values PSPC – S complies with all relevant laws, where applicable, when considering candidates to ensure the most suitable and qualified candidates are being considered for the specific roles

2 2 Stage Shortlisting Assessment
As part pf the Shortlisting Assessment, candidates are requested to either go through exercises designed for candidates to demonstrate their skills and capabilities or they are interviewed for the same. The exercises that they may have to complete are as follows: Domain Related Testing Services Scenario Based Assessment Panel Interview The Assessment will be an opportunity to build a connection between the candidate and PSPC - S, regardless of whether or not the candidate goes forward in the process. The Assessment will provide an opportunity to elicit and assess behavioral competencies derived from PSPC’s values and strategic objectives, in addition to, technical competencies required to perform the targeted position mandate. A panel of experts with relevant industry and sector experience led by the PSPC – S management shall run the Assessment to increase objectivity, consistency and face validity. Shortlisted candidates will visit PSPC -S Lahore for at least one meeting with senior company officials whether as part of the assessment or interview process or after the same. It is important for the company to ensure that its senior leaders are given an opportunity to interact with each other prior to working together. 2

3 3 Stage Final Panel Interview
PSPC – S Board of Directors HR Committee shall run the Final Panel Interview for Chief / General Manager & Director level positions while Internal Recruitment Committee will conduct panel interviews of all other positions. The interview could take place in form of physical appearance of candidates or via skype at a later date. Final selection of a candidate will be based on the results of the Assessment and Final Panel Interview. Post the Final Panel Interview, PSPC –S will communicate the results of the recruitment and selection process to the candidate via written . Employment at PSPC –S is subject to validation of qualifications, past employment records, reference checks etc in line with PSPC - S policies.

PSPC –S to send an to all shortlisted candidates with the date and time for the scheduled interview with the panel / assessment via testing services. 8. PSPC - S to invite shortlisted candidates tor final panel interview Candidates to apply job application online on Candidates to go through the final panel interview with Board of Directors HR Committee / Internal Recruitment Committee 2. 9. Candidates to complete shortlisting assessment as per indicated timeline. 6. PSPC to check the suitability of the candidate’s profile against pre-agreed criteria Selected 3. Key Activities Candidates to go through a panel interview / testing services with the purpose to demonstrate technical skills and capabilities required for the target position 7. In some cases, to better understand job application, PSPC to conduct preliminary interview over a phone call or face-to-face 4. Candidates to submit all requested documents If candidate is coming from a remote location, a range of dates will be provided to ensure that candidate is able to meet with the panel within the interview timeframe. Candidates to be available on the indicated date and time and be reachable on the contact number and provided to help PSPC – S / Testing agency to arrange all required logistics for the interview / test. Candidates to plan ahead to set aside at least two hours for the interview day. Results of Assessment will be kept confidential and won’t be disclosed to the candidate, however the same will be added to the his/her file in case of selection. It is expected that shortlisted candidates will visit Lahore for at least one meeting with senior company officials whether as part of the assessment or interview process or after the same. It is very important for the company to ensure that its senior leaders know each other prior to working together.
