Next Steps Who else can help? Your colleagues – talk to them and learn together Your managers – you might be good, but you can't do it alone! If you want to introduce something new, your organisation has to take it on board Talk to whoever does your training plan – how could this be incorporated? If you want to make a difference You need to know whose button to press

Next Steps Be clear about what you want to get from your activity – for you, for your organisation, and above all for your learners Draw on the resources you have seen today Feel free to amend / change to suit your context You may not complete the process, but please review the guidance and be prepared to give us your feedback We are interested in your views on format, content and above all impact- is it useful, does it add value? Keep a reflective diary and prepare to feedback

Drawing on the guidance on the last screen, and working together or individually Send us an Write a comment in the blog Write a brief report us to say you are prepared to share your experiences at the next event Send us your own documents/ guidance Edit ours (ideally with track changes or using the comment box in the review function) and send them back Teaching assistants have dedicated sites for information cf NAPTA and also a lot on the TDA. That is one of the things we want to address – there will be a website on the Excellence gateway specifically for learning support staff.
