4. I Must Recognize This I must save myself – Acts 2:40
Some concerned over thought of war or some disaster
Most fearful thought – "I" can go to hell – 1 Corinthians 9:27
Many do not recognize they are lost
Hard to "feel lost" in midst of luxury – Luke 16

5. Parents Must Recognize This
Want children to be popular & succeed in life
Set proper example – May be telling children being save is not important
Some want to leave children financially secure
What if they are eternally lost?

6. Churches Must Recognize This
Many concerned about fine building; large crowds; social reforms, etc.
Jesus concerned about being RIGHT; not with "RIGHTS"
Luke 12:13-15 – Not wrong to “be cheated" but "to cheat"

7. If you are saved – That's Enough
If you are lost – that's my number one concern for you
What you think of me matters little. Your soul's salvation is all that really matters

8. What Must I Do To Be Saved?
Hear the gospel (Romans 10:17)
Believe Jesus is Christ (Acts 8:37)
Repent of your sins (Acts 17:30)
Confess faith in Christ (Matthew 10:32)
Baptized for remission of sins (Acts 2:38)
Faithful unto death (Revelation 2:10)
