Why are there so many churches? If they are similar, are they the same? How can I tell which one is the one Jesus built?

After hearing this: - To believe - To confess - To repent - To be baptized
As a child of God:
- Deny ungodliness
- Deny worldly desires
- Live sensibly
- Live righteously
- Live godly
Saved!
And found a way that purity could be restored – by a washing of sanctification and justification
