GGNRA is interested in a partnership to develop a maritime recreation center in order to provide a mix of programs and services, including the following:
Public educational programs that include maritime themes such as boatbuilding and sailing
Public marina with a mix of slips and buoys that accommodates up to 60 boats primarily for day use and community programs
Food and beverage services
Event venue
Small convenience store
Public restrooms
Complementary to other Fort Baker programs, services
Rehabilitation of historic facilities
