3. Senior Update Forms Senior Update Form Due Today
To complete this form:
Log into your Common App account
Click on “College Search”
Search for a school that you will apply to
Click on school name
A summary of the deadlines, application requirements, and writing requirements will be displayed
If the school is not on the Common App, go to the school’s website to find the information

4. Transcript Request Forms
Remember, you must complete a form for each college you apply to. Each form us due at least two weeks before the deadline.

5. Recommendation Request Forms
Senior Counselor Recommendation Request Form
Senior Teacher Recommendation Request Form
Due one month before your first deadline!
Don’t forget to attach your updated resume

6. How to Add Recommenders in Common App
Go to “My Colleges” tab
Select school
Click “Recommenders and FERPA”
Complete the “Current or Most Recent School lookup” question on the Education screen, if you haven’t done so already
Complete FERPA Release Authorization
Click “Invite and Manage Recommenders”
Enter recommender information
Assign teachers that will submit letters to each school

7. October 6 SAT SAT with Essay:
October 19: Your multiple-choice scores will be available.
October 22–24: Most SAT Essay scores will be available.
Within 10 days after you receive all scores: The College Board will send colleges your scores.
SAT:
October 19: Online and paper score reports will be available.
Within 10 days after you receive scores: The College Board will send colleges your scores.
