How to Create a Scheduled Message?

What should you expect? A scheduled message can be made to one individual or to a group of people. In this demonstration we will be going over an individual scheduled message. Scheduled messages can be found under the contacts individual conversation box or in the scheduled messages calendar. Scheduled messages can be deleted.

How do you start creating the saved message?
Once you have selected the contact you would like to schedule a message for, you will see their conversation and your cursor will be in the message box. Once you start typing a message the small calendar in the bottom right corner will be able to be selected.

How do you schedule the message?
Once you have entered in the desired message and clicked on the calendar icon this dialogue will appear. You can now select the date and the time you would like your message to be sent. Click “Queue” once you have entered in the time you would like the message to be sent.

How do you know that your message is actually scheduled?
The first place you can see your scheduled message is in your conversation with your contact. When you are looking that the conversation you have with your contact, you will see “Scheduled” tab above the conversation. You will see the number of scheduled messages next to this. You can also click on the “Scheduled” button to see when the message will be sent and what it says. If you need to delete your message you can click on the trash can icon next to the timestamp on your message.

How do you know that your message is actually scheduled?
The second way you can see your scheduled message is by clicking on the “Scheduled Messages” tab located at the top of your texting page. (It is in the top right). When you click on this a calendar of all your scheduled messages for the month will appear. You can place your cursor over any message to verify the messages details are correct.
