Alexander Graham Bell He was born on march 3rd 1874.
Alexander Graham Bell is best known as the eventer of the telephone. He was born on march 3rd 1874. He died on August 2nd 1922. The first words to be spoken on the telephone were (come here I want to see you). He died at the age of 75.

ALEXANDER FLEMING Born 6th August 1881. Died 11th march 1955.
He had 1 child called Robert Fleming. He invented penicillin.

Robert Louis Stevenson
He was born on November 13th 1850. He died on December 3rd 1894. He was a Scottish novelist. He wrote the bottle Imp, the body snatcher, markheim, olalla.

J.M. Barrie He was the writer of peter pan. Born on the 9th May 1960.
Died 13th June 1937. He also wrote the little white bird, dear brutus and a window in thrums.

JOHN LOGIE BAIRD Born 14th August 1888. Died 14th June 1946
He had 2 children called Malcom Baird and Diana Baird He died at the age of 57.

MARION GILCHRIST Born 5th February 1864. Died 7th September 1952
She was the first female graduate of Glasgow University . Died at the age of 88.
