What to Expect:
UNCONSCIOUS BIAS: UNLOCKING YOUR FULL POTENTIAL
Carole will present for the first two hours on unconscious bias, a theory that states that we discriminate against others without even recognizing it. Despite our best efforts to not discriminate, unconscious bias theory holds that we all do. Unconscious bias potentially affects important workplace decisions, including recruiting, promoting, team building, etc. This engaging workshop will explain unconscious bias and will teach participants how to prevent it in the workplace.
WRITING USER-FRIENDLY AUDIT REPORTS
After the mid-event break, Carole will discuss the “nuts and bolts” of effective audit report writing as well as tips and tools for writing user-friendly audit reports. This engaging course focuses on writing audit reports that are compelling, well organized, easy to read and understand, and interesting. This session is a fast-moving, learning-centered workshop.
