2. What is a heart house??
This is a way for you to better understand the flow of blood in the heart.
You will create a house from an “above view” without a roof.
Each “part” of the house will be a “part” of a heart.

3. What needs to be included?
4 rooms/chambers
(R & L atrium/ventricle)
4 doors/valves
(mitral,tricuspid,pulmonary,aortic)
4 Big hallways/vessels
(pulmonary & aortic artery, SVC,IVC)
4 Small hallways/vessels
(pulmonary veins – 2 right and 2 left)
4 components
(4 electrical components of the heart)
(SA, AV, Bundle of HIS, Purkinje Fibers)

4. What also needs to be included?
Each room/part of the house/heart needs to be clearly labeled
The flow of the house/heart needs to be clearly and correctly labeled with arrows. Also needs to be distinguished between the right and left sides by color.
Floor Plan Description
Ex: “The Tricuspid valve is the door between the right atrium and the right ventricle”
This part can be done to the side or at the bottom
Also, each room needs to look like a room (ex: kitchen needs a stove etc..)
Give your home a name and/or address 
