The original lab called for materials I suspected many of you would not have on hand so you will be completing an online lab instead.
You will see in your tentative course schedule that there was a quiz to go with this lab – since we have replaced the lab, you do not have to do the quiz! 
Access the instructions for the lab in the Unit Two menu by clicking on “02 Enzyme Lab” and following the directions there.
You can print out a hard copy or one that you can type on in Word by looking in the Doc Sharing tab.
Be sure you follow the directions that are on the copy I have given you – just using the instructions on the website will give you some troubles.
