Neighbourhood Planning Community Right to Build Order
Development Order Neighbourhood Plans – set planning policies through a neighbourhood plan that is used in determining planning applications. Neighbourhood Development Orders / Community Right to Build Orders – grant planning permission for specific development.

SDC’s Response Duty to guide and assist local communities in the preparation of their plans or orders. Duty to take decisions at key stages in the neighbourhood planning process. proactive in providing information to communities about neighbourhood planning constructively engage with the community throughout the process.
