The welsh flag has a picture of a red dragon. The colours of the flag are green and white. The welsh flag is really nice. The dragon on the welsh flag was in a war and it got taken to St Paul’s cathedral and then it was on the welsh flag.

5. Facts Wales is called cymru in welsh.
Wales has a population of 3 million people as 2011.
Cardiff is the largest city of wales and it is the capital
Snowdon or yr wyddfa is the highest peak in Wales at 1085m 3560ft.

The Welsh love wine for injoying themselves. They love Conwy mussels.

Wales have a good young team. David Brooks and Ben Woodburn are the future stars for Welsh football team. Ashley Williams is the Welsh Football captain The Welsh rugby team is very good. They beat England The welsh rugby team captain is Alan wyn jones.

National day falls on the 1st of March. Everbody has a big feast and there is a parade that goes through Cardiff. On Welsh national day everybody has to wear daffodils and leeks. People will eat cawl and Welsh rarebit. Woman have to wear traditional Wels.

Tom jones is a famous person on Wales he is the judge in the voice uk. Gareth Bale is a famous footballer in Wales. Alan wyn jones is a famous rugby player in Wales. Roald Dahl is a famous book writer who now is dead. Shirley Bassey is a famous singer. Gareth Edwards is the best rugby player in Wales.
