Demonstrate to potential users the usefulness of the services and make business cases to support the development and implementations of them

OGC in meteorology workshop

We need to include OGC groups (WMS, SLDSE) to advise us if we are on the right track
We need to get non-meteorological clients & servers involved to avoid incompatibility
