Experienced Artisan. Owns the business. Has an established list of clients. Makes the money.
Journeyman
Moderate experience. Can produce good products. Has no established clients, so works for a master.
Apprentice
Child or teenager. Works for free or little money. In exchange, he is trained in the artisan's skill.
