Tyson Foods employs 122,000 team members, the majority of whom work on our front lines in our plant facilities. These team members are from dozens of different countries and cultures. More than 50 different languages are spoken in some of our plants every day.
Regardless of where they are from, many of our frontline team members have lacked the resources needed to get ahead, which has led to low levels of literacy, limited English proficiency, and skills gaps.
