In-Form – sector specific Very basic version – free for up to 3 users Essentials – focus on case work, with everything locked down (need to pay to add item to drop down) Set up from £2,500 then £100/yr per user Enterprise – everything, rent management etc Would really need in house support to take full advantage Set up from £6,000 then £200/yr per user Plus VAT

Map out what is needed in terms of output – reports What data needs to be recorded to deliver those reports Standardise input as much as possible to ensure uniform entry Challenges of data migration – how to avoid re-keying everything

Quick and easy to set up tables and forms Very powerful when combined with VBA Helps to establish what is needed before investing in long term solution
