Scenario Phase
In the scenario phase, exercise participants are placed in simulated reality based events and asked to use problem solving skills to
actively work through a critical incident. Each group is assigned a personal facilitator who will oversee the event and help answer
questions during each scenario
Q&A Phase
During the final phase of the training we discuss each different scenario, address specific question raised during the scenario phase and
provide guidance to participants.
