3. What is CuCMS?
CuCMS is software designed to facilitate the creation and management of web sites by addressing several core concerns:
Store, edit and publish files of any type
Maintain history of file changes
Recognize relationships between files and directory structures
Enforce access controls to projects and files
Allow separation of design from content
Use uPortal as the platform for management functions

CuCMS is comprised of a set of interrelated technological components:

Publishing Engine
Content Manager channel for uPortal
Content Editor channels for uPortal including XML, Dublin Core, Upload/Download . . .
