2 Census Defined Places and Census Tracts: Example for NC for CWS Facilities (excluding “Very Small” Facilities) Match SDWIS PCITY or SYSTEM NAME to Names of Census Defined Places For Other Facilities, use spatial joins to match facilities to Census Tracts (which are a bit smaller in general than ZIP polygons)
