Quality activities for the Public Sector
Quality Conference - 6th time - all levels of Public Sector - every 2nd year participants seminars and workshops - next in October -03 Inspiring examples - selection for 2nd QC - Central Government National Quality Award Regional Quality Awards Sector Quality Awards - healthcare - education At the national level app. 25 % of the applicants are from the Public Sector. 2 winners (1992) At the regional level app. 50 % of the applicants and winners are from the Public Sector

Dissemination of CAF Swedish version, printed and on the web
Establishing CAF- Networks for benchmarking Develop a web based assessment, the CAF Indicator More exposed at existing training programs and seminars The Swedish Institute for Quality will support information and training on demand NCQD will arrange special information and training activities

Web based assessment -CAF Indicator
Existing tool developed by the SIQ Today possible to use based on the SIQ-Model and the EFQM-Model 2-days training course to became a certified user 1000 Euro for registration, 40 Euro/responder The responder scores on the Indicator Web The software will administrate the process and provide the result in an attractive way
