January 2019 On-campus and asynchronous Ideation Labs with up to 60 individuals from each of the following stakeholder groups: Administration (42) Faculty (23) Students (23) Alumni who Donate (51) Non-alumni Donors (39) Alumni (39) Outcome: Identification of most powerful Purpose & Values themes. February 2019 On-campus focus groups with diversity of current UA students (February 11) Asynchronous ideation lab with diverse members of incoming Freshman class (fielding 2/1 – 2/12) Outcome: An understanding of the needs and aspirations of current and potential students and how best to position the University of Arizona in order to drive preference and esteem in brand-building efforts.
