Fig 1 Fluoroscopic views of transjugular transcatheter tricuspid valve-in-valve for the treatment of a failing bioprosthesis in the tricuspid position. (A) After percutaneous catheterization of the right internal jugular vein, an extra-stiff guidewire is advanced into the right ventricle through the failing bioprosthesis, and a balloon-expandable transcatheter valve is positioned at the landing zone. (B) After valve delivery, right ventriculogram shows absence of residual tricuspid regurgitation.
