STAFF MEMBERS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Association Manager Heather Pleasants The Community Association Manager oversees the Homeowner’s Association and Common Grounds of the Community. Responsibilities include: Process work orders, manage HOA contracts, Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. Schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and construction projects. Enforcement of Governing Documents. Assistant Community Association Manager Marianne Dolente Assist with Facilitating and preparing paperwork for meetings, such as Budget, Annual and Board of Directors meetings. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. Schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and construction projects as directed from Community Manager. Assist with maintaining records of maintenance and operating costs as well as all related Association documents. Assists with correspondence and other special projects as assigned.

STAFF MEMBERS & RESPONSIBILITIES Continued:
Head Golf Professional, Brian Fedish- Brian Fedish is a proud United States Army Veteran who served during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He earned the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal for his services provided overseas. Upon return to the United States, Brian also received a Presidential Citation Award for service in a unit cited in the name of the President for extraordinary heroism in action. Brian was elected into PGA Membership on July 1, Prior to joining Plantation Lakes, Brian spent over 9 years as the First Assistant Gold Professional at the Polo Club of Boca Raton in South Florida. While at the Polo Club he attained Level 3 Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Instructor, Level 2 Golf Coach, and Level 3 Junior Coach Certification. Brian has experience using the latest technology in gold instruction, including FlightScope, K-Vest and BodiTrak. He has vast experience running tournaments and providing instruction in individual and group settings. Brian has a passion to excel above and beyond his call of duty and always strives to improve. Brian also worked at Burning Ridge Country Club, the 2006 Myrtle Beach and South Carolina course of the year. He has volunteered with The First Tee program of Myrtle Beach, Special Olympics, The National Father & Son Classic, and the Monday after the Masters Event. Assistant Golf Professional, Ian Madinger- Ian is a PGA Apprentice from Honolulu, HI, where he picked up golf at a young age and played competitively in regional. State and scholastic junior gold associations. Ian studied at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where he received Bachelor’s degree in History. For 4 years, Ian filled a number of roles as a Golf Professional and conference resort employee at the Country Club of Colorado at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. During his time at the Country Club of Colorado, Ian also filled roles at the fitness, tennis center, and the resort conference services departments. As an apprentice, he worked under PGA Director if Instruction, Colorado Golf Hall of Fame, and PGA Junior Instructor of the Year recipient Ann Finke. Ian has volunteered at the Sony Open in Hawaii, the Rocky Mountain Junior Gold Tour, and the First Tee of Colorado’s Golf in Schools Program.

VENDOR CONTRACTS- OVERVIEW
1.) NEW LANDSCAPING CONTRACT: SPOSATO Landscaping replaced by DELAWARE CONCRETE - April 2019-APRIL $199, to be billed in 12 equal payments $16,666.59/per month. Additional work billed as required. 2.) NEW CLEANING CONTRACT- 20/20 Cleaning Service, Inc.: Ryan Rentschler $10,796.80/per year. Savings of $10, from previous Vendor (Coastal Cleaning). 3.) NEW MediaCom Contract (Bundled Services): TV, Phone, Internet MediaCom Bundled Services for 3 Roll Over Phone Lines, Wifi, Internet and TV = $270.79/month. Previous: MediaCom was charging $ /Internet Cable + Verizon for 1 phone line (+ 2 Emergency lines)- $402.18= TOTAL $763.59/month Savings of $492.80/month.

Nationwide Insurance- Whitten Insurance Agency D&O - Continental Casualty Company- WASTE MANAGEMENT 5 year, fixed for 2-years, 3% maximum increase. $16.75/per home CONTINENTAL POOLS: Awarded to incumbent. January 2019-January $51,800.00/per year New Cleaning/Maintenance Schedule. Heather will supervise as Certified Pool Operator along with Continental Pools.
