102243: Pt had extensive disseminated TB and liver failure. Pt completed treatment over 365 days due to intolerance of a standard TB regimen. Meds were on hold and different regimens were tried. Pt was able to tolerate RIF/EMB so the regimen was extended to ensure she received 12 months of actual treatment.
