5. Some regions allow absentee and online voting by groups
Some allow open participation from any member at the RSC
Some give the delegate a vote of confidence to vote on any additional matters that might arise at the WSC

6. Tradition Two – Direction comes from a God of our understanding whenever we come together
Tradition Nine – Groups share information and guidance with committees. Committees consult groups in matters directly affecting them. Service work should be kept distinct from the groups. We organize using the simplest guidelines possible.

7. Concept Three – NA groups have final responsibility and authority for NA services. Groups entrust the service structure with the authority to make necessary decisions.
Concept Six – We listen to the words our fellow members speak and the spirit behind them. We seek to do God’s will and to serve others. We invite a loving God to influence our service-related decisions.
