SFGSL Playing Rules Rules & by-laws are posted on website. As a parent it is good practice to familiarize yourself with these rules

Manager will be ACE certified
ACE / Backgrounds Manager will be ACE certified All other coaches will be obligated to pass a background check Any adult that is on the field or in the dugout for games and/or practices must undergo a background check through ACE. Website =

Park Rules Police your own dugouts – make sure all trash is picked up before you leave. Do not let your players swing on the dugout poles or hang on/sit in the nets. Last team off the field turn the lights out Bathrooms – If you notice the restrooms need attention or toilet paper please notify someone in the concession stand. Our league is a volunteer ran league and any help from our parents and fans is appreciated. Please monitor your non participating children or any other children you see not treating our fields with respect please notify a board member or someone in the concession stand.

Practices Practice schedule will be posted on the website once complete. When/If bad weather is in the area the fields will be evaluated around 4pm and then division v.p./coaches will be notified if teams are not able to hold practice. If no one is notified practice will stand as is. Attending practice is important for your player and the other teammates.

2019 League Tournament & Co-op
Date will be March 22nd. All league teams are urged to participate. A flyer will be sent out soon. Co-Op games mean our Santa Fe teams may play at other locations in addition to the league games at SFGSL fields. These games will be noted on the schedule once created.

Scorebooks & Standings
Scorekeepers clinic Feb 21st 6:30 pm (Each team must have a rep attend) If you are interested in being a score keeper please contact your players coach.

Raffle Tickets Money is due by opening day (2/24). Tickets will be due at closing ceremonies but can be turned in at your convenience. Money and tickets can be turned into your coach/team mom.

Opening Day Schedule & Picture Day
Opening Ceremonies will be on Feb. 23th at 12:00pm. Pictures will be held that morning before opening ceremonies. A schedule for that will be sent to coaches at a later date. Each Team will play 2 games (These games will not count towards league standings) Schedule will be sent out at a later date. Please turn in your opening day song to Jennifer by Feb. 18th. Post Season Highlights
Post Season coach is determined by 1st place team at mid-point of the season Players are chosen by All-Star manager Post Season teams DO NOT trump league teams A form will be dispersed by head coaches later in the season for parents and players to commit.
