4. You must create a channel
With a Google Account, you can watch and like videos and subscribe to channels. However, without a YouTube channel, you have no public presence on YouTube. You need to create a YouTube channel to upload videos, comment, or make playlists.

5. Create a new channel Sign into your Gmail account
Under Google Apps click on YouTube
With the YouTube window open, click on this icon in the upper right
Then click on this icon

6. Create a new channel
You will then see this window, with your account information, and if you click on CREATE CHANNEL, you will be able to upload your videos.
