SOLUTION:
Describe ergonomic recommendations and solutions identified for issue. Describe what is in the Green picture frame. Examples may include:
Employee being screened for preventive care needs
Employee and team being coached on safer/proper ways to complete task.
Distribute ERGO-ALERT to all business units, requesting information to be shared with all site members.
