Recommendations TSB is calling for:
Transport Canada to require operators to install doors and windows that come off easily after a crash – so that survivors can get out quickly. Transport Canada to make sure everyone on board a floatplane wears a personal floatation device – so that survivors stay afloat ‘til help arrives.
