If the following was your friend’s Facebook Page, what would you say? Link: Password is Stevenson Review the “Fakebook” page and answer the following: Is there anything on this page that you would flag/consider inappropriate? What is it and why? Things to consider: could this information… harm his reputation hurt someone’s feelings get him in trouble. 2

4 Rank it! After you have found what you think is a cause for concern, in the first column rank how inappropriate you think the information might be. Ranking system: 1= least/barely inappropriate to 3= most inappropriate/a real problem that could get Phil in trouble 4

6 What if… A potential employer did a search and found Phil’s “Fakebook” page? Revisit the information on his page and re-rank the appropriateness (if necessary). 6

12 Make a plan Return to your original group
Using Group #5’s information and the above suggestions, devise a plan for Phil if he was to start looking for a job. Be sure to start with what he can do NOW and in the FUTURE. In order to avoid any social media mistakes and help Phil make his job search successful, he needs to… 12

13 Exit Pass Using the information from the lesson on social media, answer the questions on the exit pass (Resource 4A). Please turn this in at the class period.
