Extractor fans in the toilets should be not running overnight
Keys must be signed off and returned to the security. No internal transfers.

8. Kitchen areas
Current system: Kitchen towels available from the reception on request, cleaning random.
Proposed: towel dispensers in the kitchen areas, cleaning regular.
Check tidiness through the day.
Check supplies – w/up liquid, spay, sponges etc.

9. Deliveries
Let relevant staff know via WhatsApp or about any deliveries.
When signing please check content.
Make sure deliveries are for Students’ Union staff or officers.

10. Marketing Posters/flyers should be authorised or they will be removed.
Printing should be authorised by a UELSU member of staff.
Limited wall advertising and window advertising.
Check old unauthorised posters daily
