Organisation
Reds attack blues goal – if blues regain try to get to target player (yellow) – 1 goal or by breaking into end area and scoring in goal (2 goals)
Play 4 vs. 3 in midfield area and 2 vs. 2 in attacking area – try to release one midfielder to support attackers
Progressions
Blue midfielder can track red breaking into attacking part of pitch
Try to get red midfielder to support forwards who didn’t play ball into forward (3rd player movement)
Try to get ball into forward area as quickly as possible
