Leadership is the process of capturing people’s attention, getting them to think about what is important
Team member who helps the larger group crate and achieve mutual goals
Involves diagnosing the collective situation, designing ways of dealing with it , and mobilizing support for a diagnosis and proposed solutions
The capacity to shape organizations and mobilize and inspire members to achieve results
It involves intentional action that allocates resources to achieve desired ends

Followers willingly follow a legitimate leader and they generally validate a leader’s legitimacy

Good judgement requires rationality and empathy.
