Click the “The Tempest” link on the ensuing page.
Find the assigned part: (e.g. Act I scene 1)
Read the entire summary.
Select the key events.
2. Summarization
Locate the corresponding part on the outline.
Break down each key event into key phrases.
Add them to the outline.
Write key character names on a separate bullet list with space between each.
3. Interpretation
Read the assigned part in the book.
Review every lines for the key events listed in step #2.
Note the line #s of the key events on the outline parenthetically.
4. Observation: watch the corresponding video segment.
5. Interaction: act out the scene orally with props.
6. Assessment: quiz, test or essay (no books only notes)
