3. THE VIRGINIA COURT SYSTEM
Virginia has its own court system. The Virginia Constitution establish its structure and jurisdiction (authority).
In order to have your case tried in the Virginia Court System, you must either be involved in a civil case within your state or have broken a state law or ordinance.
All Virginia State laws must agree with the
Virginia Constitution and the U.S. Constitution
Speeding, robbery, assault, burglary, shoplifting, murder, manslaughter, battery, and grand theft auto are examples of crimes that would be tried at the state level.

6. After realizing the Supreme Court of Virginia was not the right spot, Quavo decided not to go to the Virginia Court of Appeals. Why?
